Yeah, I'm not much of one for pink ruffles, but the kidney warmer looked like a practical idea to me as I'm tired of my back getting frozen when I ride my road bike in low jeans and a short jacket. I obviously wouldn't need it for training, but it fits nicely in to the everyday catergory of stuff that most performance-focused manufacturers don't cater to.
