The other day my wife was punched in the face by a teenager, as she got caught up right in the middle of a fight between two groups of kids in a shopping centre. It was about the post codes.
Security and police were called, but one of the groups came back twice more to the shop to smash the checkouts and to beat up the security. They were making threats in front of the police who did nothing to stop them. They just told them to remove themselves from the premises.... One of the groups is local and I see them every other day riding their bmxs back and forth within the boundries of their post code.
