The Location:
1 min walk (30 second jog) to Stepney Green tube station, home to the District & Hammermith&City tube, 10 minutes to central London (Embankment) 20 mins to Oxford st, 8 mins to Liverpool street, 12 mins to London Bridge, 15 mins to Kings Cross, etc.
We have TWO 24 hour night buses that stop outside the front door.
Short walk to DLR.
20 min walk to Shoreditch, Hoxton, Brick Lane, Spittlefields, etc. 10 min walk to the lovely Victoria Park. Good pubs + curry houses + Vegan buddhist cafe (!)
Very local Hospital (The Royal London) GP surgery on our road, 2 post offices, local Co-op, huge Sainsbury's, banks, a billion corner shops, blockbuster, big library, the world famous (v cheap) Genesis Cinema only 2 mins walk away! + 2 local gyms + boxing gym.
The Flat: Light, clean, 4 bedroom flat, 2 bathrooms, kitchen / sitting room, all mod cons (fridge, freezer, balcony, microwave, toaster) Sky TV, super fast broadband, double sofa bed, weekly cleaner, have been known to get 8 people round the kitchen table! Secure balcony for bike storage.
The Room: Largest double bedroom, furnished with double bed, built in wardrobe, with chest of drawers, desk, bed side table, etc.
The Rent: £500 pcm - includes all council tax, weekly cleaner (!!) water, electricity, sky tv, internet, gas & heating - EVERYTHING - Just £500 pcm all in!!!
