For the price they are pretty good. I bought a pair as a stop gap and they are working out fine. I actually like the look of the hubs and rims seem pretty good too (stickers just peel off luckily)
Seem to be built up okay too.
They are on the heavy side at 2150 for the pair. The hubs are loose bearing with rubber covers/seals which introduce friction (same sort of things as Shimano XT hubs) which is noticeable when spinning in hand but not on the bike.
Again, for £70 I think they are very good value. Would struggle to build a pair of wheels for that price even with the cheapest components.
