What you should have done, and I am surprised you didn't, so obvious is it, was to put the Benny Hill theme really loud on your stereo, wind the windows down, get out of the car, and then run round and round their car really fast, with them chasing you, letting down a little bit of air from each tyre as you go round, until each one is flat, then run back to your car and drive away.
