But they do! I'm wearing some right now! (the blue ones) I got Chris to get mine from the US - where they do 38" in most of the shorts/trousers. They are a bit big for me, but I like em baggy and to occasionally wear undershorts under them. I have some 36" as well for when I'm feeling thinner (not often)
