Sounds reasonable. So long as you clock the moment they cross the threshold and the moment it's all gone and charge that period.
A shoot has a fair amount of set up and strip down, if they're paying the outer bounds of that time then it's in-line with the figures mooted around.
You still need an additional damage cover, and since they're not planning on smashing anything they shouldn't be able to object to this.
