I've never worked production so I'm unable to comment on price but I can't emphasize enough about making sure they will reimburse you for any damaged caused. Been present on too many location shoots where accidents have happened for whatever reason and the prod co hasn't been covered.
I can only reiterate Dunc's comments about electricity and lavatories etc.
Make sure you clarify how long they will be there for. It will invariably overrun and you don't need a bunch of grumpy crew there at 2 in the morning when you're getting nowt for it.
