Just how big is Grobags Towers?
As an example, I was recently quoted dry hire for filming at the Hackney Empire at £2,500 a day but you also have to factor in costs like electricity and other utilities, whether you need to be on site at the time of filming and whether this will eat into your earnings etc etc, damage, insurance etc.
I'm going to assume GT isn't a grade II listed theatre but I hope it gives you an idea for comparison..
