Scott, as Film Crew myself, I can assure you that a 'small' crew on a commercial will still involve probably 50 plus people. So be warned. Also, unless they arrange outside facilities, your bathroom/loo will be worked to the max all day.
As for price. If it really is only a couple of hours then make sure it stays that way. They are likely to over run and not pay any more.
A full day's filming should earn you some nice dollar.
I'll ask my friend who is a location manager and let you know.
