I've had crap service from shinybikes twice in the last 6 months, refuse to use them now. Bought a groupset and a road bar, and both times the items were shown in stock, they took the money the same day, but the stuff took 2 weeks or longer to arrive, and only after numerous follow up emails from me. Maybe others have better luck...
