Wanted: To Borrow an Angle Grinder/Dremel

Hey I'd like to Borrow an Angle grinder or maybe a Dremel (never used one before) for

1. Removing braze-ons (Working on frame for friend and they want them off - Frame is getting nitromors'd anyway so paintwork doesnt matter
   
2. Taking off a chain on another frame (probably much easier ways to do this but w/e)
   
3. 5 years ago I locked a D-lock to my bedpost, then lost the key and I'd kinda like it removed now.
   
   

I live in North but can meet most places in East or West that are nearish to central. These jobs would take me less than an hour combined so I'd have it back to you in the same day Thanks. I'm sure some beers can somehow be added to this exchange. Thanks
