This is quite worrying tho. Either you were going light speed or are not able to stop in control.
Brakeless fixed you might have an excuse, all be it a poor one, but with front brake, the holy grail of stopping power . . . sketchy!
As GS said, you might need to work on your technique sir. No offence.
