Ideally yes, but there will always be a fortnight when not all six members can agree a time. There are teams who won't want to play with a sub, so would appreciate time to reschedule rather than accept three points for nothing.

We heard all this last season, but the end result was fixture congestion, and teams playing 3 fixtures on 1 day.
