Cycling dismay as women's events frozen out for London 2012

It's a fair point, stelle, but I do wonder how much the laddish-cum-borderline-sexist nature of many male cyclists has on participation? We see it often enough (too often in my opinion) on here.

I think actually it might be the outfits that put women off! Seriously, I really don't know why participation is so low.
