I've always found them to be really helpful and polite, both on the phone and in the numerous email discussions we've had.
I asked them to supply and fit a headset and BB on the frame I'd ordered, something they were more than willing to do, supplying both components at a good price and fitting them for free. So no complaints here at all from me. Maybe the fact that I have good manners and always say 'please' and 'thank you' helped! And I'm a southerner - although south Wales rather than south England...
