It's early I realise, but I'm gonna be looking for somewhere to live in October 2009. My tenancy on the house I share with 3 other people is running out at the end of October, and I'd like a bit of a change, some cheaper rent and a shorter tenancy!
I've lived in Bethnal Green for coming up to a year, and I'd like to stay in this general area, or maybe move a little further out to* London Fields/Hackney/ maybe Dalston*. I'd like to live with 1 to 2 other people, who don't mind my girlfriend staying some weekends (she still lives in Nottingham) and there obv needs to be space for my bike. I'm 23 and am a Science Editor/freelance journalist. I'm a pretty tidy female, I clean up after myself and am up for being good friends with whoever I live with, but i also enjoy spending time alone so I'm a good alrounder in that respect!
I'm looking for somewhere from £500 to £650 a month, preferably with a 3-month contract that can roll on, on a month-by-month basis. This is cuz my girlfriend is looking for a job in London, and when she finds one we'll be moving in together. So I don't know when that will be!
