Well... I bought the frame only a few weeks ago, and as far as I am led to believe they are the origional drop outs etc, I can't see how they could have been changed unless it was done in the frames infancy, and then re-sprayed professionally.
Someone who knows more about frame building may be able to say whether historically anything has been changed, but I'm pretty sure its all the origional components.
