The results you get from these medium format films are entirely different from manual cameras because of their make up. Therefore they are not generally used for portraiture in a professional camera.

all my medium format cameras have manual controls, and kodak portra is still kodak portra whether its 35mm or a roll of 120. that is until you creatively cross process it.
