London Bike Polo League II (winter 2009/2010)

Can we work with this basic set of rules?

• 3 games per fixture
  
• 2 weeks to play
  
• no-show counts as a forfeit (unless you can rearrange before end of league)
  
• a referee should be present at all games
  
• league can occur on Tuesday team night or any other time, so long as it does not conflict with throw-ins
  
  
  

And then vote on the rest?

1. Time limit for games (10, 12, 15, 20, none)?
   
2. Subs can be league players (yes, no)?
   
3. League results count towards next year's Euros (no; yes, first place; yes, more spots than first)?
   
4. In the case of the forfeit what does the team that turned up get (3 points and no goals, 3 points and 15 goals, something else)?
