London Bike Polo League II (winter 2009/2010)

Can we work with this basic set of rules?

• 3 games per fixture
  
• 2 weeks to play
  
• no-show counts as a forfeit (unless you can rearrange before end of league)
  
• a referee should be present at all games
  
  
  

And then vote on the rest?

1. Time limit for games (10, 12, 15, 20, none)?
   
2. Subs can or cannot be league players?
   
3. League play to occur on a designated day and court?

Re point 3, I was suggesting that league games can be played on the tuesday team nights as well as any other (non throw-in) day. If people can't make the tuesday's then cool, just play when/where you can. Also tuesday's shouldn't exclusively be league games. Non-league teams should be able to play on that evening.

Another point. Will the end of league results specify who qualify's for next years euro's or even the worlds (as they'll be in europe somewhere). Will only the top spot get automatic qualifiction or top 3? etc etc.

can't wait for this to get started, season 2 should be interesting!
