As some of you know I won an auction for a Sibex Czar frame some time last year. However I came into financial difficulties during the transaction and managed to pay off a third of the cost. I kept the seller in the know regarding my financial situation.
Earlier this year I got myself together and contacted the seller, (scott Mares owner of Sibex bikes) asking if he still had the frame to which he said yes. We exchanged emails and made arrangements regarding the final payment which I've paid and have had nought back from the cunt. No proof of postage, zero response to my emails. I even made a post here to help promote his new cyclocross book WAC.
Its way out of date for ebay to get involved, so what can I do?
He has had some stuff back up on ebay recently and I'm thinking of hijacking all of his auctions in a bid to force him to contact me but worry he could simply ban me from future auctions.

Any advice for how I can get what's mine?
