1st Portuguese Nacional Velodrome

It rains a lot apparently... according to my portuguese colleague. But who cares? It's got a roof! That place looks awesome. Let's sort out a weekend away. If we can hire track bikes there we won't have the logistics hell of persuading easyjet to take 20 bikes over.
