I don't think there is, Matt. They can take bottles from spectators but they can't take them from the team car. I remember back in 1996, Indurain being fined after he took a bottle on the finish climb to Les Arcs, after he'd bonked.

A bit of nostalgia, the drink bit is 3:30 in.

I only vaguely remembering that must have been 13 and it was the first tour de france I watched.
