This Wednesday is the monthly i bike MCR ladies ride, this month we are stepping up the distance and speed a bit with a ride to Alderley Edge and back...we shall ride at a reasonable pace to make sure we get back by 9pm...
meet at 6.30pm at Big Hands, Oxford Road
bring puncture repair kit etc.

Whatever you do you should bike. Bike to school, bike to work... bike to places you never dreamt you could bike to. Be your bike a fixie with deep v's or a sit up and beg, bike in high heels or in lycra...Come and bike with us.
