definitely a fab, BUT, the best part is at the top, so you have to eat it first, and the least nice part is at the bottom, so you have to eat it last, so would it not be nicer for everybody's taste/ice-lolly enjoyment to invert the current set up of the fab?
you could eat it bottom up, but then you are at risk of the top falling off the end of the stick, and you really wouldn't want that
