Happened abroad -> cyclist dragged under car for 4 km

Her mum actually started writing a blog about the girl. I just checked and her condition has gone from critical to serious, i.e. her life is not in danger anymore. The surgery done today was successful, but there is quite a bit more to be done apparently.
