It might not be so easy, it depends on the cable pull required to change gear on the rear mech. Today's STI/Ergo levers probably won't work as they are designed for 10 or 11 speed rear cassettes and my guess is that your Suntour has a 6 or 7 speed block.
The front mech should be okay though.
