Oliver I have a couple of cast iron pans- one a char-grill pan, the other a conventional frying pan.

They have coped with my every attempt to melt them so far, and I am sure that they can protect your veggie food from the meatie grill.

Good stuff, thanks, Neil. I normally just use some foil. This looks like a luxury BBQ. :)
