It's a generic insert brand logo here type of thing. I have a pair and they were described as being Novatec hubs but the Novatec logo I have seen is completely different (thouugh the hub I saw it on was the same).
If you look at the shape of the cutouts on the flanges and you might recognise them on a few OTP bikes.
Here's a set of Godspeed hubs that are exactly the same.
