I said before, I'd not seen it... and I have now... that wouldn't have been allowed in any game I've ever been part of.
But if you were playing in games where that had become acceptable norm, and it's up to the goalie to push back as hard as he's pushed, then it stops being dickish and becomes just another tactic...
