Those familiar with J. Friel, The Cyclist's Training Bible, might be aware of the random 'Historical Training Tips' that precede each chapter, e.g. '1946... A stunt that we have often used in road training is to walk rapidly for about half a mile but carrying the bicycle with your arm cocked...'. I suspect we could subvert these... Or at least stick in 'Great Forum Fights' before each chapter
