If you want to be lazy and get a shop to do it, I'd recommend Cavendish Cycles, Lock 7 or Shop 14 / Tokyo Fixed Gear as all have done small adjustments and fittings for only a few quid. There is also Bike Yard East who seem to be well priced but haven't tried.
