Joff Summerfield made it. Google him - he's easy enough to find. I shan't tell you what he charged me, other than to say it was much cheaper than I had expected and significantly less than getting Roberts, Mercian or any other top framebuilder to put you a bike together.

what's it like going up or down hill and is it very heavy?
