Toe Clips for SPD's

the m324's with straps and cages used in spd mode will be a bit goofy? and potential for continued cage strike? isnt it just easier and cheaper to just make sure your pedals are hex key fitted and swap them out as required?

Just use the straps, without the cage!
Like I say, thread them diagonally like Power grips, works fine for a short trip. When using spds, tighten up the straps on the bottom of the pedal, out of the way and forget about them.
