Oh cool, a thread about me. No problem with the quote, of course. I was more than happy to say yes when CTUK asked if they could put it on their web-site. As I've often stressed on here, cycle training is even for fairly experienced cyclists. Thanks for your kind words, those-who-know-who-you-are!
