nope- I see why they appeal to so many people....well made, can't see any accidental unclips happening etc....but my knees are a bit shot and the SPDs just work better for me. each to their own and all that...mind you, reason I changed is the bearings failed on my M520 spds after 3 years so for durability they're a bit shite compared ot the more solid ATACs
