Always at the pub, training the lifting arm (it's true, when sprinting Hippy has a strong side which is his right, so by strengthening his right arms he can pull harder on the bars thereby allowing those huge legs to get even more power down - pints FTW!)
Anyway, I've seen a lot worse mate. A guy on a club run with me had a pair of Lew wheels, which set him back 3 or 6 grand (I can't remember price was for one or both). Anyway, over pumped tyre, slight pothole, tyre bursts as does the wheel, leaving about an inch and a half of carbon fibre missing. That and his forks bore some of the brunt as well.
All in all I reckon that was a pretty expensive blowout!
