Also that pic points out a couple of things I forgot to say - I mentioned what indicates a low-end pug but not the other way around. On the flip-side, the low-end generally did not have quick release. Chrome or half-chromed forks are also a pretty good indication that the bike was towards the middle or top of the range. So with those rules of thumb you can get a rough idea of whether it's worth trying to identify a particular bike...
