Mini pumps

If you're time trialling on the track and you're trying to buy speed in every way, e.g. setting a record--it's high-end stuff. I don't think anyone would run that sort of pressure on the road, but time triallists quite often go higher than 120 psi, AFAIK. It works for super narrow TT tyres.

I see! But with a mini-pump? Is the Topeak Pocket Rocket really that capable? I have my doubts...
