a) that's silly because why/when would you need or try for 160psi?
If you're time trialling on the track and you're trying to buy speed in every way, e.g. setting a record--it's high-end stuff. I don't think anyone would run that sort of pressure on the road, but time triallists quite often go higher than 120 psi, AFAIK. It works for super narrow TT tyres.
