You got money off for the blistering? I'd have made them respray it, I sent back a frame to BJ for painting it the wrong colour. Regardless what's done is done.
I'm not sure it is a Rourke, it has the signature strap but it's flattened near where it joins the seat tube and I haven't seen that on a Rourke frame.
