There really is no excusing this. Can you imagine descending on it? The speed wobble would be incredible to behold! And if you have a tiny frame, why go for crank arms that look to 190's or bigger? No, whoever owns this bike has taken it in a bizarre direction in the quest for comfort and completely lost all grip on reality. You could have a back like Christopher Reeves' and you still wouldn't need this a set up this wrong. And yes, I know he is dead.
