i think the idea is great and definitely up for more but the problem i had with thursday was the amount of time some teams had to wait before playing. With the 'winner stays on' format the team turnover is so slow. I think it was Ali and Jo who had to wait for ages before they got their one game of the whole night.
Depending on the amount of teams (if there are only a few then my point is moot) i think we should consider reshuffling both teams after each game.
ps. i love the one mallet per team shuffle
