While obesity is a serious public health problem and many people are clinically obese, the question is not whether someone is 'ill', and there are certainly many more factors involved than just the availability of certain portion sizes. Again, why make fun of them in any case? Do you think that any particular reason why they may have become obese could justify that?

    I'm fat (well I'm actually the ideal weight for my ideal height), so I'm allowed to say this:

    No-one, but no-one, gets THAT fat by accident. That goes way way beyond being "naturally disposed" and into the "sitting on his arse all day constantly stuffing cheeseburgers and cake into his gob" territory. It's not society's fault, it's his.
