I went from 23 to 25, tbh I was dissapointed at the difference. Theres a tiny tiny bit more bounce to them but I really wish Id gone for 28's
The streets are terrible here in brumland, plus if got a super stiff bike with radial wheel. I long for the 28!
Theres no tangible rolling resistance from 23-25 but with 28 there might be. But dont forget its still waaay skinnier than a fancy commuting mtb with 1.5" slicks.
So still be superfast.
