Rode the wrong way down a one way last night, a female copper standing on the pavement looked at me and the missus and said with a wry smile;
"This is a one way street you could have run me over."
Which struck me as odd seeing as she was on the pavement and if she was in the road it wouldn't matter which way I was going there would be more chance of me hitting her.
Although I'm equipped with a front brake, lights and a fairly powerful set of vocal chords.
Maybe she was joking but meaning it at the same time.
