I ordered a few bits and pieces from these guys recently:

The tools seem to be of good quality and they're pretty cheap. Your bike shop will flog you an 8mm long-handled hex wrench for £8, here they are 80p each (if you buy 5, admittedly, but you can get 5 for less than 1 at a bike shop).
They also do M10 nuts for pennies (again, in quantity) that should be half decent track nuts.
The net result of my purchasing is that I have three surplus long-handled 8mm hex wrenches if anyone is interested, and will have a stack of M10s I don't need when they deliver them.
