Hubjub have the most comprehensive photo list and description of Nitto bars if you want to have a look at least to see what's what. That may help with the whole "I'm looking for.." thing.
Check out BMX part sites for more interesting brake cables but some on the forum do have some floating around.
Can't help with the powdercoating.
