A shed-load of questions

Forgive me if all this has been covered elsewhere.

1. I'm after some drop bars (about 40-42 wide) with very little flat across the top, i.e they start to curve down close to the stem. BUT not a massively deep drop. Any ideas? I guess I'm looking for a particular type of nitto bars but i don't have the foggiest.

2. I would be powder coating the bars and stem (quill), has anyone any experience of this? could I get them set up how I like and powdercoat them as one item so I don't scratch em up when I put them together?

3. If that ^^^ won't work, can I get a 1" threaded stem that has a removeable front plate (like modern stems)

4. Where can I get brake-cable outer in really bright/fluoro blue.

1. If I powder coated a seatpost, roughly how much diameter would the powder add?? i.e. what size post should I start off with for a standard 27.2 seat tube.
   
   

Once again sorry if it's all been covered, I will endeavour to search previous posts today. I had a bit of inspiration this morning because I found out my frame arrives this weekend and I'm keen to have as many of the parts in my grubby mitts by then so I can get out for a spin..

Here's a top-tip to say thanks in advance;

For a quick and easy way to clean grimey, oily hands after working on your fixed wheel bicycle simply spray your hands with WD40, rub together which lifts the oil, then wash the WD40 off with plenty of washing-up liquid.

(disclaimer. I'm not certain WD40 is particularly good for your skin but it works a treat)
